TRADITIONAL SERVICE
Includes basic services of funeral director and staff, transfer of remains to Funeral Home within 100 miles radius, Embalming, Sanitary Care/ Disinfection, Dressing/ Casketing, and other preparation and care of remains, use of facilities/equipment/ staff for viewing (up to 4 hours on 1 day), funeral ceremony (same or next day) and committal ceremony at the gravesite (same day as funeral ceremony), funeral coach, service vehicle, 25 acknowledge cards, 1 register book, service programs and temporary grave marker.
ECONOMY PACKAGE
Includes basic services of funeral director and staff, transfer of remains to Funeral Home within 100 miles radius, Embalming, other preparation and care of remains, use of facilities/ equipment/staff for viewing (4 hours on day of service), committal ceremony at the gravesite funeral coach, service vehicle, 25 acknowledge cards, 1 register book, temporary grave marker and includes cloth covered casket. (can substitute for a 20 gauge non sealer metal casket.)
Graveside Service Package
Includes basic services of funeral director and staff, transfer of remains to Funeral Home within 100 miles radius, Embalming, Sanitary Care/ Disinfection, Dressing/ Casketing, and other preparation and care of remains, committal ceremony at the gravesite funeral coach, service vehicle, 25 acknowledge cards, 1 register book, temporary grave marker.
Immediate Burial Package
Includes basic services of funeral director and staff, transfer of remains to Funeral Home within 100 miles radius. (Grey Cloth Covered casket)
Immediate Burial Package
Includes basic services of funeral director and staff, transfer of remains to Funeral Home within 100 miles radius. (with casket provided by family or purchaser.)

Includes basic services of funeral director and staff, transfer of remains to Funeral Home within a 100 mile radius, Crematory and Coroner authorization fee, transfer of remains from Funeral Home to Crematory, service vehicle, alternative container, use of facilities/equipment/staff for memorial service (without remains) , 25 acknowledgement cards, 1 register book, and service program

Direct cremation with container provided by family or purchaser
The goods and services shown below are those we can provide to our customers. You may choose only the items you desire. However, any funeral arrangements you select will include a charge for our basic services and overhead. If legal or other requirements mean you must buy any items you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide describing the funeral goods and service your selected.
Basic Services of Funeral Director and Staff
Our fee for the basic funeral director and staff includes, but is not limited to , staff available 24 hours daily to respond to the initial request for services, conference with the family or its representatives to advise and determine desired services and to obtain vital statistical information for required documents, custody of the remains, preparation and filing of forms with governmental offices, preparation of death certificate to include securing the signature of the physician and filing with the local health department, arranging for certified copies of the death certificate, courier service in connection with the filing of the death certificate, compliance with infectious waste management regulations and employee safety regulations mandated by government agencies, general administration and record keeping. Also included in this charge are overhead expenses relative to our facilities such as insurance, maintenance and utility expenses, secretarial and administrative cost, equipment and inventory expenses. This fee for our basic services and overhead will be added to the total cost of the funeral arrangement you select. (This fee is already included in our charges for direct cremations, immediate burials and forwarding or receiving remains.)
Embalming
Except in certain special cases, embalming is not required by law. Embalming may be necessary, however, if you select certain arrangements, such as funeral services with viewing. If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement that does not require you to pay for it, such as direct cremation or immediate burial. Note: Louisiana law requires that a dead human body must be embalmed if held for a period of more than thirty (30) hours from the time of death. If refrigeration is available, remains may be held in refrigeration over thirty (30) hours unembalmed, but must be embalmed, buried or cremated immediately after being removed from refrigeration.

Use of Facilities and Staff Services for Visitation
This fee includes use of facilities and staff services for visitation the day prior to and the day of services. Our services include set-up of visitation area, placement of encased remains, and display of floral arrangements, supervision and attendance of visitation by funeral home staff.
Use of Facilities and Staff Services for Funeral Services
This fee includes coordinating the desired funeral service plans with the clergy. Staff, receiving and arranging of flowers and other memorial tributes for the service, professional adherence to the rituals of designated religious faiths and/or fraternal orders and follow-up attention to related details connected with the service.
Use of Facilities and Staff Services for Memorial Services
This fee includes securing obituary information for newspaper notices, if desired, coordinating the desired memorial service plans with the clergy and other parties involved, supervision of the funeral ceremony by the funeral director and staff, receiving and arranging of flowers and other memorial tributes for the service, professional adherence to the rituals of designated religious faiths and/or fraternal orders and follow-up attention to related details connected with service.
Use of Equipment and Staff for Visitation at another local facility
This fee includes transferring remains to place of visitation, transportation and use of funeral home layout equipment and necessary supplies, setting up of visitation area, placement of encased remains, receiving and arrangement of floral arrangements and supervision and attendance during the visitation by funeral home staff, up to two days.
Use of Equipment and Staff Services for Graveside Services
This fee includes use of funeral service equipment (not cemetery equipment) and staff services for graveside service. Our services include accompaniment of remains to the cemetery, supervision of graveside service, and staff to attend service, receiving and arrangement of flowers and other memorial tributes at the graveside and follow-up attention to related details connected with the graveside service. (This does not include open/close grave or cemetery set-up equipment)
Transfer of Remains to Funeral
Local removal of remains from place of death, and transfer to the funeral home. An additional Charge of $2.00 per mile one way will be charged after 100 miles.
Use of Facilities and Staff Services for All Night Visitation/Wake
This fee is charged when a visitation is held after midnight and before 7:00 AM per night.
Hearse and Chauffeur
Includes funeral hearse, church truck, casket and chauffeur. This fee for use of the funeral coach for the funeral service includes a 20 mile radius, with additional miles charged at a rate of $2.00 per mile.
Utility Vehicle
This is the vehicle used to: courier the death certificate to/from the physician’s office, couriers the obituary notice to the local newspaper, obtain the burial transit permit, deliver potted plants to the family residence and any other courier services needed during the services.
